Our menus are designed to share however the choice is yours. Choose to order share-style for the family, or select your own dish. We recommend our Feed Me experience – served sharing style for your entire table to enjoy. It takes the worry out of ordering and puts your trust in our chefs. They’ll surprise you with a selection of their favourite dishes, prepared using produce freshly delivered on the day.
The Living Room and Bar
Set in natural light, the stylish and glass-walled Living Room and Bar is the restaurant’s all-day dining venue ideal for pre-dinner drinks or post-dinner cocktails.
Etienne Karner - Executive Chef
Etienne Karner has been passionate about cooking since he could count. Having worked in Dubai, Paris, India, Ireland, the Caribbean and America, Etienne – who is part French, part German – is passionate about what makes Australian cuisine unique. Since moving to Sydney three years ago with his young family, he has forged a paired back food philosophy. His approach is about creating simple but perfect dining experiences, using local and sustainable ingredients and cooking them well.

James Richardson - Chef de Cuisine
Scottish-born James Richardson, whose resume lists Annata, The Bridge Room, Cafe Paci and Ume is our newest culinary talent. Going by Jimmy, he has been in and around kitchens since the age of 15 and brings well-rounded experience to Etienne’s vision for The Dining Room. Jimmy is tasked to create a menu of modern Australian share plates where seasonal produce will be at the forefront, with menu changes every six weeks.

Shlomi Palensya - Pastry Chef
As a 16-year-old student, Shlomi Palensya had known that his future would be in the culinary world, leading him from his native country Israel across the globe to Sydney. As the man who helms Table 100 – Sydney’s first immersive live dessert art experience in The Dining Room, Shlomi’s desserts are classic but modern, pushing the boundaries of innovativeness.
